Products
The Defender Brick® offers independent custom brick-based products, limited-run kits, handcrafted products, physical brick packs, custom printed parts, accessories, and digital PDF building instructions.
Our products are designed for collectors, display purposes, and advanced building experiences. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, our kits are not intended as toys for young children.
Product availability may be limited. Some products may be ready to ship, while others may be prepared to order, made to order, handcrafted, or completed after the order is placed.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, update product specifications, or refuse an order where necessary, including in cases of stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, logistical limitations, or other legitimate reasons.
Product descriptions, images, and variations
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, descriptions, images, quantities, colours, specifications, and prices as accurately as possible.
However, product images, renders, digital previews, colours, printed details, packaging, accessories, or minor design elements may differ slightly from the final product due to screen settings, production updates, availability of parts, supplier variations, UV printing tolerances, or continuous design improvements.
Minor variations in colour, print alignment, finish, parts availability, or packaging do not necessarily constitute a product defect.
If a material change affects your order before dispatch, we may contact you where appropriate.

All products sold by The Defender Brick® are independent custom brick-based products.
The Defender Brick® is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorised by, or endorsed by the LEGO Group.
LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorise, or endorse this website or its products.
Any reference to LEGO® elements is used only to identify genuine compatible building elements where applicable.
Orders and order acceptance
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order request, but it does not necessarily mean that the order has been fully accepted or fulfilled.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including but not limited to cases of incorrect pricing, unavailable products, stock discrepancies, payment issues, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or errors in product information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order, unless another solution is agreed with the customer.
Prices and payments
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and accepted, except in cases of clear error.
Payment must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout.
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current billing, shipping, and payment information when placing an order.
VAT, taxes, duties, and customs
VAT is not charged by The Defender Brick® at checkout under the applicable Italian flat-rate tax regime.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or courier handling charges upon delivery.
These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities or by the courier and are the customer’s responsibility, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
The Defender Brick® does not control these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.

Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped from Italy.
We ship worldwide using trusted courier services, mainly FedEx and UPS, depending on the destination, shipping option, and availability.
Processing and delivery times depend on the product status, destination, courier service, customs clearance, holidays, high-demand periods, and other circumstances outside our control.
Ready-to-ship products are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.
Prepared-to-order, made-to-order, limited-run, or handcrafted products may require up to 4–6 weeks before dispatch, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page.

Digital building instructions
TDB® products may include two separate components:

a physical brick pack;

digital PDF building instructions.
Digital PDF building instructions are delivered separately by email or digital access.
No printed instructions are included in the package unless expressly stated on the product page.
Digital PDF building instructions are provided for personal use only.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, upload, publish, share, reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit our digital instructions, files, images, building steps, or related materials without our prior written permission.
Digital PDF building instructions may be non-refundable once access has been granted or the file has been sent to the customer, where the customer has expressly agreed to receive the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that this results in the loss of the right of withdrawal for the digital component.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Where legally applicable, customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving the item.
For orders delivered in multiple shipments, the 14-day return period starts from the delivery of the last item in the order.
Cancellation requests may be submitted before an order has been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled, shipped, or prepared for dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Certain products may not be eligible for return where they are made to the customer’s specifications, clearly personalised, customised, modified on request, commissioned, or produced with personalised printed elements or selected configuration options.
Digital PDF building instructions may not be refundable once access has been granted or the file has been sent, where the required consent and acknowledgement have been provided.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
Missing parts, damaged items, or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@thedefenderbrick.com.
Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the package, shipping label, packaging materials, and affected items.
If the issue is confirmed, we will evaluate the case and make it right. Depending on the situation, this may include sending replacement parts, correcting the order, or offering another appropriate solution.
Custom, personalised, and commissioned products
Some products may be customised, personalised, modified, commissioned, or produced according to customer specifications.
This may include, but is not limited to, selected configurations, custom printed parts, personalised details, special requests, limited-run variants, commissioned builds, or items produced specifically for a customer order.
Custom, personalised, commissioned, or made-to-order products may require longer processing times and may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund where permitted by applicable law.
The exact scope, timing, and conditions of custom or commissioned work may be agreed separately with the customer.
Intellectual property
All website content, including but not limited to product names, product descriptions, images, renders, photographs, graphics, logos, digital files, PDF instructions, layouts, designs, texts, branding, and visual identity, is owned by or licensed to The Defender Brick® / TDB di Giacciani Marco, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, publish, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights connected to the product design, digital instructions, images, brand, or related materials.
User content and reviews
If you send us photos, reviews, testimonials, feedback, comments, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share that content with us.
Unless you clearly state otherwise, you grant The Defender Brick® permission to use, repost, display, edit, or share that content for customer support, marketing, social media, website, or promotional purposes, while respecting applicable privacy rules.
We may remove or refuse to publish content that is offensive, unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or inappropriate.
